What is the quality of the hulls?

Our cases are made with high quality materials, resistant to shocks and wear. The printing is done in high definition for a perfect and durable rendering.

Can I change my order after I place it?

If you need to make changes to your order (phone model, uploaded image, shipping address, etc.), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order . After this time, we will no longer be able to make any changes as production will have started.

What are the delivery times?

The delay depends on your location:

  • France/Europe : 5 to 7 working days.
    We recommend ordering before February 14th to receive your case in time for Valentine's Day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your delivery directly on our website or via the link provided in the email.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

To ensure a quality print, make sure your screenshot is sharp and well-framed. We print your memories with a high resolution for optimal rendering.

Can I use an image other than an Instagram post?

Currently, our system is optimized for Instagram post screenshots. If you want any other customization, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order does not arrive within the announced time frame, contact our customer service at sweetandcaseshop@gmail.com with your order number. We will do what is necessary to locate your package or resolve the issue.
